Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the FS7 Hair Studio website at fs7.uk, create an account, or book an appointment or buy a product through it. The website is run by FS7 Limited (“FS7”, “we”, “us”), Newcastle upon Tyne. By using it you agree to these terms.

A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email. Prices, durations and available times are shown at checkout. Deposits, late arrivals, cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Booking Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You must give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment. We may need to change or cancel an appointment, for example because of illness. If we do, we’ll offer you another time or refund any deposit you’ve paid.

You’re responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the service.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Gift cards and coupon codes are redeemed against bookings or products as described at checkout and have no cash value. Loyalty points are earned on completed visits and can be used toward a booking deposit at the rate shown on our site; they have no cash value and may be changed or withdrawn with reasonable notice.

Please don’t misuse the site. That means no attempts to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, use automated tools to make bookings in bulk, or make bookings you don’t intend to keep. We may cancel bookings and block access where this happens.

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we aren’t liable for losses that weren’t a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach, or for the website being temporarily unavailable. We do our best to keep it running and accurate but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free.

How we use your personal information, including optional Google Calendar connections for our barbers, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
